Julia Giffin

Julia M. Giffin, 64, of Circleville passed away on Monday, August 31, 2015. She was born on March 5, 1951 in Chillicothe, OH to Ralph and Catherine (Bingmer) Boggs. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband; William Giffin Sr., daughter; Rhonda Rose and by sister; Linda Mills. Julia is survived by her children; Kim Rowland, Billie Jo Giffin and William Giffin Jr., 9 grand and 3 great grandchildren and by sisters; Kathy Howell and Lisa Jenkins. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 3, 2015 at noon at the Wellman Funeral Home with burial to follow in Forest Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at noon.
