June Richmond

June Long Richmond, 91, of Circleville, went to be with her Lord, March 14, 2012 at Pickaway Manor. She was born January 3, 1921 in Camden, WV, the daughter of Forest and Bess (Long) Long. She was a member of Circleville First Baptist Church, Eastern Star, retired Teachers Association, Delta Kappa Gamma Society, Rebekah Lodge and Berger Hospital Volunteer for 15 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband of 69 years, Howard Richmond and 5 brothers and sisters. She is survived by her sons, Terrell (Paula) Richmond of Circleville and Roger (Tiffany) Richmond of Port Charlotte, FL; 4 grandchildren, Tara and Aaron Richmond and Brandon and Anna Parks and 3 great grandchildren, Darren and Savannah Buskirk and Zachary Richmond, brother Tom Long, sister Catherine Garrett and many nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday March 17, 2012 at the Circleville First Baptist Church with Pastor Billy Barbo officiating. Burial will be in Floral Hills Memory Gardens. Friends may call from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Friday at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville. The family wishes to thank Berger Hospice and the staff of Pickaway Manor for their tender loving care. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Circleville First Baptist Church Building Fund.
