Kay Fortner

Kay E. Fortner, 71, of Logan, died April 24, 2014 at Hocking Valley Community Hospital. She was born March 16, 1943 in Chillicothe the daughter of the late Edwin and Annie (Bateson) Summers. She was a member of the Laurelville Church of God. She is survived by her son, Curtis (Paula) Fortner; grandchildren, Michael, Matthew and Megan; brother, Lynn (Judy) Summers and sister, Peggy Carver. Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday April 28, 2014 at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville, with Rev. Lynn Summers officiating. Burial will be in Green Summit Cemetery. Friends may call from 2-6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
