Kenneth Lee “Skip” Taylor, 63, of Circleville, passed away March 21, 2009 surrounded by his loving family, after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born Aug. 3, 1945 in Newark the son of Frank and Marie (Ramsey) Taylor. Kenneth was an Army veteran, retired truck driver, member of Good Shepherd U.M.C., and Amvets Post 2256. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother; Kelly, nephew; Vince Noll, great-nephew; Matthew Noll and brother-in-law; Roger Johnson. Kenneth is survived by his loving wife, Linda Kay (Rose) Taylor; sons, Kenny Lee Taylor of Atlanta, GA, Jamie (Lynn) Rose and Johnny (Terina) Rose of Laurelville; grandchildren, Ethan, Jalyn, Gabriel, Kathryn, Emma and Lily Kay Rose; sisters, Rachel (Frank) Noll of Somerset and Nancy Johnson of Mansfield; special niece and nephew, Penny and Larry Poling of Junction City and several nieces, nephews and brothers and sisters–in-law. Funeral services will be Wednesday, March. 25, 2009 at 11:00 am at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville with Pastor Michael Messick officiating. Friends may call Tuesday from 2-8 p.m. Burial will be in Green Summit Cemetery. Family requests memorial contributions to Good Shepherd United Methodist Church.
