Leslie F. Merrill 79 of Circleville, died January 3, 2010 at the Chillicothe V. A. He was born September 24, 1930 in Frankford, W.V. the son of Frank and Maggie (Bowes) Merrill. He was an Air Force veteran during the Korean War and retired from the United States Postal Service. He is survived by his wife Kimi (Umehara) Merrill, children Margaret (Rick) Lemaster of Ashville, Frank (Lisa) Merrill of Circleville, grandsons, Kyle and Clayton Brown, John, Colin and Trey Merrill, brother Wilkie Merrill of Pensacola, FL, sister, Wilma Eggleston of Madison, Oh and special family friends, Rick, Cindy, Austin and Adam Wood. Funeral services will be Thursday, Jan. 7, 2010 at 7:00 pm at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville with Chaplain Jim Ferrell officiating. Friends may call Thursday from 4 to 7 pm.
