Linda (Rogers) Thornton

Linda Thornton, 65, of Laurelville passed away on September 17, 2022.  She was born on September 18, 1956 in Columbus to John and Leona (Cowan) Rogers.  Linda enjoyed karaoke and spending time with all the children in the family.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister Sue Thompson.  Linda is survived by her husband Willie Thornton, children Michelle Thompson, Rose (Tim) Tharp, Jon Thompson, Caleb (Mackenzie) Thornton, grandchildren Ashley (Dillon) Jeffries, Matthew and Mace Thompson, Lynden and Beau Thornton, Graysen Bryant, brothers Carl and Wayne Rogers and sisters Beverly Byrd and Theresa Berry.  Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. at Wellman Funeral Home, Laurelville.  Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 3-7.    Online condolences can be made to www.wellmanfuneralhomes.com.
