Lizzie Hampton

Lizzie Hampton was call home to our Lord on April 3, 2011. She was born in Louisa, KY on September 8, 1914. She worked for the veterans administration taking care of our war veterans for over 30 years. She loved her church and has been a Christian all of her life. Lizzie was one who never turned anyone away and always offered a helping hand. She was preceded in her death by her husbands, Henry Hampton and Marshall Williams; brothers, Green, Cy and Harmie and daughter, Laurie. Survived by Keith & Annette Beglin of Laurelville and Walker Hampton of Circleville; Gerald & Carrol Parker of Chillicothe; great grandchildren, Tracy & Liza Webb of Circleville, Randy & Kathy Webb of Amanda, Terry Hampton of CA and Chery Eiola of AZ. She had 7 great great grandchildren, John, Ashley, Zach, Lindsey, Matthew, Trevor and Kali Ann and 3 great great great grandchildren along with nieces, nephews, Brownie, her dog and Ranger, her cat and a great number of friends not mentioned. Lizzie was grandma to everyone as she touched so many lives just by a smile and her warm heart. One thing about Lizzie, when you came to her house you never left hungry and she always had a story for you. Calling hours will be Wednesday April 6, 2011 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville. Services will be held on Thursday April 7, at the River of Life Church, 25428 S.R. 104 in Circleville at 10:30 a.m. Burial will be in Forest Cemetery.
