Lois Pearl (Wheeler) Crabtree

Lois Pearl Crabtree, 75, of Circleville, died of natural causes on April 6, 2018 in Circleville.  She was born January 30, 1943 in Stockdale OH.  Lois was preceded in death by her parents, Stanley and Pearl (Wrench) Wheeler, husband Carl E. “Buss” Crabtree, step-brother, Junior Regal and granddaughters, Alexis Graham and Christine Crabtree.  She was raised in Stockdale and graduated from Stockdale High School.  Lois was a loving mother and State of Ohio Licensed Beautician.  In the late 1970’s, Lois and Bus moved to the Outer Banks where they founded Crabtree Court in Nags Head, NC.  She is survived by her children, Carl E. Crabtree, Carla E. Sutphin and Chad E. Crabtree, son-in-law, Rusty Sutphin, daughter-in-law, Cynthia Crabtree, grandchildren, Carl E Jr., Carla E., Catherine and Ciara Crabtree, Jacqueline Johnson and Joshua Sutphin and great-grandchildren, Haile Murnane, Brianna, Anthony and Keylie Johnson.  Visitation will be from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Monday Apr. 9 2018 at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville OH.  Burial will be Apr. 10, 2018 in Stockdale OH.  Memorial contributions may be made to Cat Welfare Assoc. 741 Whetmore Rd.
