Lora Jean Dyke, 71, of Florida, formerly of Washington C.H. passed away on Saturday, April 14, 2012 in Florida where she has resided since 2000.
She was born on December 18, 1940 in Clarksburg to Howard and Mary (Poole) Pinkerton. She was a graduate of New Holland High School in 1958 and retired in 1999 from Nationwide Insurance in Columbus.
Ms. Dyke was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by one brother, J. Howard Pinkerton, her children, Mark (Kristin) Yarger of Canal Winchester, Wayne Yarger of Washington C.H., Tracey (Frank) Hudson of Lancaster, Cheryl Thompson of Elk River, Minnesota, Johnny Dyke of Grove City and by her grandchildren, Kellie Hudson, Brittney Brenlish, Justin, John, Matthew and Nicholas Radcliff and Aaron and Hannah Yarger.
Funeral services for Ms. Dyke will be held on Thursday, April 19 at 11:30 a.m. at the Wellman-Kinzer Funeral Home with burial to follow in Highlawn Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 10:30 a.m. until the time of service.
