Louella Downs, 95, of Columbus passed away on Thursday, January 22, 2015. She was born on November 26, 1919 in Point Pleasant West Virginia to William and Eva (McCarty) Call. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Bernard Downs. Louella is survived by her son; John (Sharon) Downs, daughter; Barbara Lucas, granddaughter; Doreen Lutz, 2 great grandchildren; Tylor and Kara. Graveside services will be held on Saturday, January 24, 2015 at Reber Hill Cemetery. No calling hours will be observed. Wellman Funeral Home is serving the family.
