Lou Ellen (Taylor) Lloyd

Lou Ellen (Taylor) Lloyd, 75, of Circleville passed away peacefully in her home on Tuesday, May 16, 2023.  She never failed to lighten up the room when she smiled.  She was born in Olive Hill, Kentucky to her late parents Earnest and Mildred (Waugh) Taylor.  Along with her parents Lou was preceded in death by her son, Timothy “Dale” Tackett, brothers Freddie Taylor and Joseph Taylor and nephews D.J. Taylor and Jason Taylor.  She is survived by her devoted caregivers Katrina Shaffer of 7 years, Lexi Fletcher and Megan Reynolds of 3 years and Charlotte Hill over 20 years; her best friend Beth Miller; sister Dee Devaney; brothers James (Judy) Taylor of South Bloomfield, Jon (Trish) Taylor of Circleville, sister-in-law Connie Taylor; son Thomas (Jackie) Tackett of Athens, daughter-in-law Sonja Tackett of Amanda; grandchildren Thomas (Summer) Tackett, Jason (Heather) McCormmick, Matthew (Crystal) Tackett, Lisara (Adam) Cool, Skylar (Timothy Barnes) Prentice, D’Kasey (Jade) Tackett and Daeden Tackett.  She leaves behind many other friends and numerous great grandkids and nieces, nephews and friends.  Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 20, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. at Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville with burial to follow in Forest Cemetery.  Visitation will be on Saturday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service at 10:30 a.m.  Online condolences can be made to www.wellmanfuneralhomes.com.
