Louise (Arter) Clagg

Louise T. Clagg, 86, of Circleville passed away on March 1, 2021.  She was born on January 5, 1935 in Lancaster to Hillis and Thelma (Bieber) Arter.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her 1st husband Jake Bray, 2nd husband Lynn Clagg, son Nick Bray, grandson Nathan Bray and aunt Beulah Tipton.  Louise is survived by her children Gene (Teresa) Bray and Tom Bray, 10 grandchildren and by several great grandchildren.  Cremation has been observed.   Online condolences can be made to www.wellmanfuneralhomes.com.
