Mabel Cox

Mabel Cox, 93, of Circleville died peacefully on Thursday, January 9, 2014 surrounded by family at Pickaway Manor. She was born on October 1, 1920 in Franklin County to Howard and Florence (Noe) Dye. She retired in 1977 from Nationwide Insurance after 36 years. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Norton Cox, brother, William Dye, sister, Verna (Dye) Boehm and by a brother-in-law, Dale Boehm and by two great nephews. Mabel is survived by a stepson, Robert (Kathy) Cox of Circleville, stepdaughter, Jeanie (Thomas) Baybrook of Manassas, VA, 6 step grandchildren, 1 great step grandchild, one niece, Janene (John) Akers of Grovecity, one nephew, Rick (Debby) Boehm of Grove City, 3 great nephews and 1 great niece. Graveside services will be held at a later date.
