Madlynn Adams

Madlynn M. Adams was healed and embraced by Our Heavenly Father on March 3, 2025, reuniting with family and friends who were surely waiting to greet her on Heavenly shores. Released from hospitals, walkers, pain and suffering she’s dancing on streets of gold. She was born on August 29, 1945 in Piketon, Ohio to William and Edna (Meade) Blanton. In addition to her parents, she is preceded by brothers John Blanton, Walter Clay Blanton and grandson Cole Cookson. Madlynn is survived by her husband Jimmy Adams; children Tara (Chuck) Cookson and Heather Reed; step children Brian (Judy) Adams, Shauna (Mark) Conaway and Kevin Adams; grandchildren Conin (Brittany) Cookson, Jacob (Kylie) Betts, Cage Cookson (Kat Romanoski), Kennedy Cookson and Jaiden Reed; great grandchildren Addy, Cash, Keleana, Paisley, Lila, Calin and Lakelyn Cookson, Jensen, Jett and Jovi Betts. The family would like to give special thanks to Heartland Hospice, Logan Elm Healthcare and caregivers Shauna, Heather, Cage, Cash, Tyler Berry, Malea Gray and Heather “Russ” Rice. She was very proud to have twin grandchildren and twin great grandchildren with each set being a boy and girl. Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 7, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville with Chaplain Jim Ferrel officiating with burial to follow in Muhlenberg Township Cemetery.
