Margaret Phillips

Margaret “Katie” Phillips, 79, of Circleville, died in her home surrounded by her family on March 4, 2010. She was born October 2, 1930 in Ross County the daughter of Russell and Alice (Smith) Linton. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Forrest Phillips; sisters, Earlene, Florabel, Wanda, Ann and Betty; brother Jim Linton; brothers-in-law, Carl Phillips and Cecil Conrad; son-in-law, David Roy and granddaughter, Angela Joyce. She is survived by her 4 children, Donna Roy of Circleville, Conda (Richard) Wood of Ashville, Dannie (Kathy) Phillips of Circleville and Mark (Karena) Phillips of Circleville; grandchildren, Stephanie McDaniel, Nicole Joyce Meeks, Crystal Furrow, Anthony Phillips, Duane Wood, Amanda Joyce, Phillip Wood, Michelle Phillips, Katie Rose Phillips, Shanel Wilson and Kimberly Mohammed; many great grandchildren; brother, David Linton; sister, Linda Alexander; sisters-in-law, Mary Phillips and Shirley Linton and brother-in-law, Nate Barnes and many nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m. Monday March 8, 2010 at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville, with Pastor Jeff Moats officiating. Friends may call from 3-7 Sunday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Berger Hospice.
