Marion G. “Bevo” Beavers, 81, of Circleville, died January 4, 2013 at Berger Hospital. He was born on July 13, 1931 in Circleville, the son of Omen and Dursie (Davis) Beavers. He was a U.S. Army Veteran in the Korean War; worked at General Electric for 39 years and attended St. Paul United Methodist Church. He loved to play and listen to Bluegrass music. He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Debra Beavers; sister, Rosemary Bell and brother, Marvin Beavers. He is survived by his wife, Mary (Champer) Beavers; daughters, Lora (Tim) Wagner and Wray Jean Beavers both of Circleville; grandsons, Casey (Becky) and Jordy (Nicole) Wagner and sister-in-law, Maxine Beavers. Funeral service will be held 7:00 p.m. Monday January 7, 2013 at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville. Burial will be in Pleasant Cemetery at a later date.
