Mark Davis

Mark A. Davis, Sr., 67 of Circleville, died June 10, 2012 at Adena Hospital. He was born October 23, 1944 in Circleville the son of Myron and Laura Bell (Lutz) Davis. He was retired from Owens-Illinois/Georgia Pacific after 42 years of service and loved hunting. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, James M. and Phillip M. Davis and Chuck Hurst. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Patricia (Woods) Davis; children, Mark A. (Rita) Davis, Jr. and Melissa (Wayne) Trimble; grandchildren, Mark A. (Clarissa) Davis, III and Ryan Davis; great grandchildren, Alonzo, Zackarie and Gabriel Davis and Wyatt Holbrook; brothers, Alonzo H. (Arla), Keith A. (Vicki) and Paul E. (Candy) Davis; sisters, Lenora C. (John) Maloney and Faith E. (Al) Waterman; sisters-in-law, Mila Davis, Mary Thompson and Alma Hurst, numerous nieces and nephews, faithful beloved pets Mitsy and Sammy, his little buddies Rascal and BB. Funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m. Thursday June 14, 2012 at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville with Pastor Lonnie Potts officiating. Burial will be in Muhlenberg Twp. Cemetery. Friends may call from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Wellman Funeral Home in Mark’s name.
