Marvin Ray Thompson, 60, of Williamsport passed away on Thursday, July 16, 2015. He was born on January 23, 1955 in Montgomery, West Virginia to Marvin and Sarah (Enyart) Thompson. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by brothers; James and Douglas Thompson. Marvin is survived by his wife Wendy, his children; Christina Kissling, Christopher (Danielle) Thompson, Mark Thompson (Ashley), Joseph, David and Michael Bundock, grandchildren; Courtney, Shelby, Olivia, Alexis, Christian, Tori and Braylon, great grandchildren; Paxton, Joseph, Patrick, Wyatt, Benjamin and Quentin, brothers; Ronald and Roger Thompson and sisters; Arletta (Robert) Dale and Faye (Dorsey) Bias. Funeral service will be held on Sunday, July 19, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. at the Wellman Funeral Home with Pastor Dewey Bias officiating. Graveside service will be held on Monday, July 20, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the Springlawn Cemetery, Williamsport. Friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service at 3.
