Mary Heeter

Mary Floreen Heeter, 94, of Circleville, died October 22, 2012 at Berger Hospital. She was born November 24, 1917 in Cedar Creek, NE, the daughter of Otto and Terry (Berry) Shaffer. She loved being a teacher and retired from Circleville City Schools and was a member of Community United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Glen Jack Heeter and son, Steven Heeter. She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Wanda Heeter; grandsons, Jack Heeter and Scott (Becky) Heeter; great grandchildren, Nick, Zack, Cody, Cory and Alexandria; sisters, Ruth Gift and Betty (Bob) Schmitz. Funeral service will be held 2:30 p.m. Thursday October 25, 2012 at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville. Burial will be in Forest Cemetery. Friends may call from 12:30 p.m. until the time of service on Thursday at the funeral home.
