Mary Mcneal

Mary Kathryn (Ebert) McNeal, 92, passed away on April 8, 2016 at home in Circleville, Ohio. She was born February 9, 1924 to the late Walter L. and Bessie L. (Tisdale) Ebert. She married Clell “Shorty” McNeal on February 25, 1943. After 50 years of marriage, Clell passed away April 30, 1993. In addition to her parents she was predede in death by sister and brother-in-law; Mattie Me “Pat” and Amos “Dick” Van Fossen, brother and sister-in-law; Donald “Don” and Delores “Sally” Ebert, brothers; Robert “Bob” and John Ebert, two half-brothers; Marne Tisdale and Gearald Ebert. Mary is survived by son; Melvin L. (Vickie Johnston) McNeal of Circleville, sister; Matlene (Bill) Metcalf, sister-in-laws; Sylvia Ebert and Mary Ann McNeal, 4 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, 12 great great grandchildren, one foster son Ronnie Diemock and many other relatives. After 15 years at Pickaway Manor as a dietary supervisor she retired in 1985. Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 15, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 2-8 at Wellman Funeral Home in Circleville with Chaplain Jim Ferrell officiating. Burial will follow in Green Summit Cemetery, Adelphi, Ohio. Family would like to thank all the special angels who helped care for Mary and also Berger Hospice.
