Mary A. Chaffin Stevens, 54, of Circleville, died April 30, 2012 as a result of automobile accident. She was born October 31, 1957 in Washington Court House, the daughter of Harry and Daisy (Boyd) Shull, Jr. She was preceded in death by her mother; and sister, LouElla Riffle. She is survived by her father; friend, George Chaffin; sisters, Daisy Boltenhouse, Connie Vest and Barbara Watson; brothers, Harry and Roy Shull; uncles, William Shull and Earl Boyd; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Mary was a tender, loving, soul with the Lord in her heart. She opened her heart, her home and her pocketbook to help anyone in their time of need, as evidenced by the many people she’s helped in her short time here on this earth. She never met a stranger and she truly loved her family, friends and her pets, Hollie Marie and EM, and it was with a joyous and happy heart that she welcomed the love of her life, her nephew Tyler Jacob Bailey, home from the Army just a few short weeks ago. Mary would want no-one to be sad at her passing because she knew she’d be wrapped in the loving warmth of her Lord & Savior along with her mother Daisy and sister Lou. She is and will be dearly missed for a long, long time. Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. Thursday May 3, 2012 at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville. Cremation will follow. Memorial contributions may be made to Charity of Choice.
