Mavis Bost

Mavis E. Bost, 89, of West Chester, OH, went to be with the Lord December 18, 2009. She was born April 8, 1920 in Toledo the daughter of Roy and Martha (Small) Campbell. She was a member of First Church of Christ in Christian Union. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Milford R. “Dick” Bost; sons Edward, Willard and Dale; brothers Harry and Ed Campbell and sister Anna Inman. Mavis is survived by her sons, Richard (Loretta) and John (Nancy) both of Chillicothe, Tim (Nancy) of Louisville, KY, Paul (Jan) of Mason, daughter Barb (Treb) Layton of Pickerington; 25 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren and 3 great great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be held 1:00 p.m. December 21, 2009 at First C.C.C.U. with Pastors Mike Holbrook and Brett Layton officiating. Burial will be in Forest Cemetery. Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. Sunday at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville. Memorial contributions may be made to First C.C.C.U. Missions Fund.
