Muriel (Miller) Smith

Muriel Smith, 71, of Circleville passed away on September 20, 2021.  She was born in Lima on April 6, 1950 to Leroy and Viola (Burden) Miller.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Gilbert Smith, great granddaughter Kyluh Tolle and by 8 siblings.  Muriel spent her life as a caregiver and was dedicated to taking care of her family.  She loved nothing more than to spend time with her siblings, daughters, grandchildren and great grandchildren and her best friend Connie Post.  Muriel is survived by daughters Pamela Flater and Denise McClurg, grandchildren Jake Smith, Daneé Smith, Ashley Smith, Larry Smith, and Angel (Cody) Harkless, 16 great grandchildren, sister Erma Duran and brothers Ronnie, Gene, Terry and Donald Miller.  Cremation has been observed. A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, October 2, 2021 from 2-4 p.m. at Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville.  Online condolences can be made to www.wellmanfuneralhomes.com.
