Norma (Brown) Rich

Norma Rich, 97, of Circleville passed away on February 18, 2023.  She was born on August 14, 1925 in Ringgold to Arthur and Nora (Mettler) Brown.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband William Rich, daughter Linda Rich and brothers James and Ralph Brown.  Norma is survived by her children Geraldine McManus, Sandy (Lindsey) Hill, William (Joanna) Rich, grandchildren Scott Emerine, Melissa Salerno, Michael and Marta Rich, great grandchildren Katanya Davis, Miranda Hall, Amanda Christianson, great, great grandchildren Landon and Harper Hall, Amelia Baker and Jason Matthew Baker and by a sisters-in-law Winnie Dort and Wilma Brown.  Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at 12:30 p.m. at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville with burial to follow in Reber Hill Cemetery.  Visitation will be on Wednesday from 11-12:30.  Memorial contributions are suggested to a Charity of One’s Choice.    Online condolences can be made to www.wellmanfuneralhomes.com.
