Odetta Woods, 78, of New Holland died on Tuesday, June 17, 2014 in Columbus. Odetta was born on July 14, 1935 in West Virginia to Jacob and Anna (Johnson) Shull. Mrs. Woods was preceded in death by her parents. Odetta is survived by her husband, William Woods, her children, Carlos Bowen Jr., Thomas R. Bowen, grandchildren, Andy Bowen, Christina Hegarty, Elizabeth Bowen, great grandchild, Ashley and by one brother, Willard Shull. A graveside service will be held in the New Holland Cemetery at 10:00 a.m., Friday, June 20, 2014 with Pastor Jim Ferrell officiating. There will be no calling hours observed. Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville is handling the arrangements.
