Patricia Fortner, 66, of Ashville passed away on Wednesday, March 12, 2014. She was born in Circleville on July 3, 1947 to Robert and Ruth (Gallogly) Welsh. She was preceded in death by her parents. Patricia, a member of Zion United Methodist Church, is survived by her husband William Fortner, her son, Todd (Nancy) Fortner of Ashville, two grandchildren, Ashley and Zeke, three brothers, Donald (Pam), William (Carol) and Robert (Barb) Welsh. Funeral service will be held on Monday, March 17, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the Zion United Methodist Church. Burial will be in Reber Hill Cemetery. Friends may call at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville on Sunday from 2-5 p.m.
