Paul E. Evans, 70, of Circleville passed away on Friday, December 18, 2015. He was born on March 19, 1945 in Pickaway County to Russell and Ardith (Copley) Evans. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by son; Rodney Evans and brother; Den Evans. Paul is survived by his wife; Karen (Gaines) Evans, children; Michael Evans (Kelly Smith), Mitchell Evans, Pamela (Andrew) Swift, Paul Evans Jr., 17 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, brothers; Carl (Debbie) Evans, Tom (Renda) Evans and Ernie Evans and by sister; Sue Davis. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 23, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. at the Wellman Funeral Home.
