Peggy (Banks) Talbott

Peggy Talbott, 90, of Stoutsville passed away on August 25, 2024.  She was born on August 14, 1934 in Hazard, Kentucky to Vermie and Mary Lou (Privett) Banks.  Peggy was a devoted mother and grandmother.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Arshall Talbott; children Cheryl Frazier, Phillip Talbott; grandchildren Stanley Holley and Tonya Frazier; sons-in-law Stan Holley and Don Mullins.  Peggy is survived by daughters Kathy Holley and Terri Mullins; grandchildren Brad (Lida) Holley, Shawn Holley, Jason Talbott, Shannon (Jim) Gilbert, Whitney (Nick) Enright, Lee (Kim) Frazier, Ryan (Courtney), Michael and Amber Mullins; 17 great grandchildren, 14 great, great grandchildren and by sisters-in-law Libby Moore, Ginger (Larry) Wright and Debbie Talbott.  Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 30, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville with Chaplain Jim Ferrell officiating.  Burial will follow in Maple Hill Cemetery.  Visitation will be on Thursday from 4-7 p.m.  Memorial contributions are suggested to Clearcreek Twp Firefighters Association:  11042 Main St.,  Stoutsville Oh, 43154.  Online condolences can be made to www.wellmanfuneralhomes.com.
