Philip G. Isom, 64 of Circleville, died Friday February 26, 2010 after a long courageous fight with cancer. He was born January 16, 1946 in Marion, to the late Howard and Catherine (Simmons) Isom. Circleville has been his home for the past 10 years. Phil was an avid golfer and loved his Buckeyes. He was employed by Coughlin Automotive and a member of Moose Lodge 2240, where a benefit is being held Saturday March 6, 1:00 p.m. He is survived by daughter, Jodi (Randy) Lucas of Marion; granddaughter, Jenna Hope of Marion: sister, Theresa (Bill) Blackledge of Marion; 5 older brothers,, J. George (Rena) of Toledo, Gerald (Carol) of Cape Coral, FL, Glen of Franklin, KY, Richard (Mary Lou) of Orlando, FL and Duane (Joyce) of Marion; plus many nieces and nephews. Phil was blessed to have many loyal and kind friends. Funeral Mass will be held 10:00 a.m. Saturday March 6, 2010 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church. Friends may call from 2-8 p.m. Friday at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville, with a Prayer Service at 7:30 p.m. and a Moose Service at 8:00 p.m. Family requests any memorial contributions may be made to Berger Hospice 600 N.
