Phyllis Alexander, 75, of Chillicothe died on July 20, 2014 in Columbus. She was born on September 29, 1938 in Clarksburg to Russell and Ruth (Cozad) Morris. In addition to her parents she was preceded her in death by her husband, Raymond and 2 brothers. Phyllis is survived by her children Deborah Phillips and Stephen Alexander, 5 grand and 7 great grandchildren and sisters; Judy (Jim) Zimmerman and Linda Stinson.
