Phyllis Mae (Robison) Quincel

Phyllis M. (Robison) Quincel, 93, of Circleville died February 28, 2018 at Berger Hospital.  She was born in Circleville on February 23, 1925 to Claude and Louise (Schlegler) Robison.  Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of 74 years, Robert E. Quincel, brother James Robison and her sisters, Doris (Dotie) Lemaster and Joann Foll.  She was a member of the Good Shepard United Methodist Church in Circleville.  Phyllis retired from Circleville City Schools as a cook for many years.  She was an avid bingo player and enjoyed winning on her scratch off lottery tickets.  She is survived by her children Robert L. (Mary) Quincel; Patricia A. (Robert) Hartinger, Judith K. (Gary) Wilson and Terry M. (Susan) Quincel all of Circleville, 15 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren and brother-in-law Ronald (Helen) Quincel.  Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 5, 2018 at Noon at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville with burial to follow in Forest Cemetery.  Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from 10:00 until Noon.  Memorial contributions are suggested to Partners for Paws, P.O.
