Ralph Smith

Ralph B. Smith, 78, of Circleville, died September 22, 2010 at Riverside Hospital. He was born November 21, 1931 in Fort Gay, WV, the son of Charles and Catherine (Seitz) Smith. He was a retired Senior Master Sergeant from the U.S. Air Force and maintenance for the U.S. Postal Service. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Charles, Carl and Bill. He is survived by his wife, Jean (Kirkendall) Smith; children, Terrence A. (Kathy) Smith of Richardson, TX, Vicky (Richard) Rhoades of Circleville, Kimberlee (Robert) Collins of Acworth, GA; 8 grandchildren, Emerson Hadsell, Shane, Tad and Codi Lewis, Matthew Smith, Spencer, Tanner and Conner Collins; 1 great grandchild, Andrew Hadsell; brother, Roy Smith of Asland, KY and sisters-in-law, Billie, Rose and Margaret Smith. Funeral service will be held 4:00 p.m. Saturday September 25, 2010 at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville, with Pastor Scott Trobough officiating. Burial will be in Hitler-Ludwig Cemetery with military graveside honors. Friends may call from 3-4 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
