Randall Downs

Randall Downs, 62, of Laurelville died on Sunday, December 14, 2014 in Circleville. Randall was born on March 24, 1952 in Circleville to Thomas E. and Fern (Lovett) Downs. He was a 1971 Logan Elm High School graduate. He was preceded in death by his parents. Randall is survived by his wife, Sandra (Spellacy) Downs, children; Bryan (Andrea) Downs and Michelle (Steven) Largent, grandchildren; Mason, Austin and Evan Downs, Beau Largent, step grandchildren; Tanner and Trey Bigam and by one brother, Larry Downs. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 18, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. in the Wellman Funeral Home with burial to follow in Forest Cemetery. Friends may call Thursday from noon until 1:00.
