Raymond Jenkins

Raymond Jenkins, 79, of Circleville passed away on August 5, 2017. He was born on February 21, 1938 in Dayton to Raymond and Dasmia (Detty) Jenkins. Raymond a Navy Veteran was a member of First Baptist Church, a swim team coach at Northwest YMCA of Dayton for 10 years and served as Deacon at Seminole First Baptist Church. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by daughter Tammy Jones and daughter-in-law Teresa Jenkins. Raymond is survived by his wife Phyllis (Foley) Jenkins, daughter Deb (John) Kammeyer, son Raymond H. Jenkins Jr., son-in-law Jim Jones, grandchildren Kevin Kammeyer, Cheryl (Chris) Troxel, Danny (Becky) and David (Erika) Jones, Danielle, Raymond H. III, Jonathan and Rebecca Jenkins, great grandchildren Avery, Mia, Olivia, Jaebets, Sarah, Bex and Paisley and by sister Barbara (Dale) Teague. Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 11, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville with burial to follow in Forest Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 11-1.
