Raymond Smith

Raymond “Butch” Smith, 58, of Kingston passed away on July 27, 2016. He was born on January 3, 1958 in Circleville to Raymond and Geneva (Congrove) Smith. At 15 Butch started in the Logging Industry. In 1999 he became a dedicated employee of Miller Pipeline. He was a member of Laborers International #423 and Operators Local 18. He was preceded in death by his father. Butch is survived by his mother; Geneva, wife; Johanna (Clements) Smith, children; Rayma Smith and Elvis Woodgeard, grandchildren; Breann Smith, Mae and Gage Woodgeard and Makenna Spears, siblings; Rick (Sandy), Charles (Jocene), Thomas (Rhonda), Jeffrey (Angie), Bryan (Joy), David (Dee) Smith, Deb (Randy) Kramer and by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Tuesay, August 2, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at the Wellman Funeral Home, Laurelville with burial to follow in Green Summit Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home in Laurelville on Monday 2-7 p.m. and Tuesday 10-11 a.m.
