Richard Burris

Richard L. Burris, 60 of Stoutsville, died September 26, 2010 at OSU. He was born August 9, 1950 in Circleville, the son of Richard and Alberta (Rutter) Burris. He was a U.S. Army veteran. He was preceded in death by his parents; 1st. wife Connie Sue Burris; and sister, Lois Call. He is survived by his children, Bub Burris, Teresa (Tim) Young and Michael Burris; Keith, Kevin, Kim and Renee Payne and their mother Carol Burris; many grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; sister, Diane O’Dell; brothers, David (Brenda) Burris and Butch (Trish) Burris; companion, Janie Fausnaugh and their dog, Sassy. Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Thursday September 30, 2010 at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville. Burial will be in Forest Cemetery with military graveside honors. Friends may call from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service on Thursday. Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home in Richard’s name.
