Robert Arledge

Robert L. Arledge, 78, of Laurelville, passed away March 9, 2012 at his residence. He was born Oct. 12, 1933 in Hocking County the son of Alva and Mildred (Morrison) Arledge. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, James Arledge and wife Monabelle, Don, Glenn and Bill Arledge, sisters, Evelyn and husband Lloyd Smith, Charlotte Mahoney and Carolyn and husband Billy Vanover, brother-in-law Mike Radabaugh, nephews, Dave Arledge, Steve Smith, Jeff Vanover and Brad Radabaugh. Bob is survived by brothers, Boyd Arledge of Circleville, Larry (Linda) Arledge of Laurelville and Stan Arledge of Londonderry, sisters, Marilyn Radabaugh of Laurelville, and Linda (John Bailey) Arledge of Circleville, nephew Adam Arledge (Jesse Carsey) of Laurelville, sisters-in-law Ruby Arledge of Beavercreek and Trudy Arledge of Tarlton and brother-in-law Glen Mahoney of Laurelville and several nieces and nephews whose lives were enriched by Bob’s kindness and humor. Bob was a veteran of the United States Army and retired from the State of Ohio, Division of Forestry. Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Wednesday March 14, 2012 at the Wellman Funeral Home, Laurelville. Burial will be in Green Summit Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 - 8 p.m. Tuesday.
