Robert Tacy

Robert E. “Bob” Tacy, age 85, passed away on January 29, 2018. He was born son of Jesse and Dorothy Tacy in Cass, WV on June 29, 1932. Bob joined the US Navy after graduation. He proudly served on the USS North Hampton. He returned to WV after his service to marry his high school sweetheart, Wanda B. Tracy. They moved to Circleville where Bob was employed at GE for 34 years. Bob had 2 sons, Timothy and Mark. Bob enjoyed the outdoors and later was known around town as the “Marble Man” due to his love for collecting and giving away marbles to all he met. He is survived by his eldest son Timothy of Manchester, IA and several grandchildren and nieces. He was preceded in death by his wife and youngest son Mark.
