Robert Welvin

Robert Welvin, 65, of Washington Court House passed away on November 1, 2022.  He was born on November 10, 1956 in Columbus to William and Doris (Smith) Welvin, Jr.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Donna Graves and brother Jimmy Welvin.  Robert is survived by his children Rusty (Laura) Smith, step children Mike Wagner and James (Makayla) Groves, grandchildren Trace, Lana and Brantlee and by sisters Betty Thompson and Karen (Rick) Young.  Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 06, 2022 from 2-4 p.m. at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville.  Memorial contributions may be made to Fayette County Hospice, 222 North Oakland Avenue, Washington C.H., Ohio 43160.  Online condolences can be made to www.wellmanfuneralhomes.com.
