Robert "Sonny" Payne

Robert “Sonny” Payne, age 50, went to be with the Lord on Monday, August 12, 2024.  Sonny worked as a felter at Tri-Mold at the Circleville plant.  He went to Westland High School and lived in Laurelville, Ohio.  Sonny was born February 1, 1974.  He was preceded in death by his mother Connie Charles; brother Jayson Payne and grandparents.  He is survived by his father Robert “Bob” Charles; aunts Diane Charles and Julia Graham; uncle Bill Graham and many cousins.  Visitation will be held on Friday, August 16, 2024 from 4-7 p.m. at Wellman Funeral Home, Laurelville.  Memorial contributions are suggested to the funeral home in Robert’s name.  Online condolences can be made to www.wellmanfuneralhomes.com.
