Rochelle Ann (Shope) Mills

Rochelle Mills, 63, of Circleville passed away on February 15, 2018.  She was born on July 9, 1954 in Portsmouth to Frank and Dorothy (Callahan ) Shope.  She was preceded in death by her parents.  Rochelle is survived by her children Vickie Baughman, Deana Jaeger and Michael Mills, grandchildren John and Dominique Russell, Zachary Davis, Anthony and Jordan Mills, James McGraw, Avery Jenkins and Bobbie Baughman, great grandchildren Illyana Russell and Aden Mills and by 2 brothers Rick and Tim Shope.  Visitation will be held on Friday, February 23, 2018 from 4-8 p.m. at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville.  Cremation will follow.  Online condolences can be made to www.wellmanfuneralhomes.com.
