Roger Hampshire

Roger W. Hampshire, Sr., 68, of Laurelville, passed away October 22, 2017 at his residence. He was born May 31, 1949 in Hocking County, the son of Orval and Betty (Azbell) Hampshire. He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Amy Schneider; brother, Rick Hampshire and brother-in-law, Doug Vorhees. He is survived by his significant other, Linda Hartshorn; children, Roger W. Hampshire, Jr., Margaret (Mike) Lanning, Nick (Emily Adams) Hampshire and Shawn (Cherokee) Hampshire; grandchildren, Felicia, Josh, Jordan, Emma, Cammie, Hunter and Kaylee; great grandchildren, Zander and Aubrey; sister, Vickie Vorhees and brother, Dave Hampshire. Funeral service will be held 3:00 p.m. Thursday October 26, 2017 at the Wellman Funeral Home, Laurelville. Burial will be in Green Summit Cemetery.
