Ron Ertel

Ron Ertel, 76, of Circleville passed away on September 12, 2024.  He was born on October 10, 1947 in Dayton to Frances and Vivian (Engle) Ertel.  Ron was an Army Veteran;  retired from Dupont and was an active member of Amvets Honor Guard for 30 years..  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a son Ronald Ertel Jr.  Ron is survived by his wife Mary (Good) Ertel; children Mindy (Dudley) Rose, Rhonda (Seth) Black, Dawna (Steve) Conley, Jason T. Smith, Jodi Little and Dustin (Christi) Little; grandchildren Stefan, Lane, Kirstin, Dalton, Jesse, Kassidy, Chasity, Kylie, Braedon, Noelle, Levi, Luke, Brad, Mikala, Savannah and by 11 great grandchildren.  Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, September 17, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville with burial to follow in Forest Cemetery.  Visitation will be on Monday from 4-7 at the funeral home.
