Ronald Skaggs

Ronald L. Skaggs, 72, of Circleville passed away on January 27, 2017. He was born on November 17, 1944 in Pickaway County to Leo and Julia (Speakman) Skaggs. He was preceded in death by his parents. Ronald was a Vietnam Army Veteran. He was retired from Kenworth where he had been a materials planner after 25 years and was a volunteer at Berger Hospital. Ronald is survived by his wife; Bonnie (Marion) Skaggs, children; Kim (Rick) Elswick, Branden (Beth) Skaggs, grandchildren; Nathan and Natalie Elswick, Logan and Mick Skaggs two sisters; Susan Beckley and Janie (Jim) Davis and by nieces and nephews; Julie, Christie, Tammy, Bucky, Paul, Phil and Rhonda. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 2, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville with Pastor Paul Elswick officiating. Burial will be in Hitler Ludwig Cemetery with full military honors.
