Rose Mcdill

Rose E. McDill, 83, of Ashville, died January 10, 2012 at Pickaway Manor. She was born June 19, 1928 in Williamsport the daughter of Russell D. and Esther V. (Ater) Wardell. She was a member of Williamsport United Methodist Church and Eastern Star. Rose was an avid Buckeyes fan and enjoyed boating, the Pumpkin Show and traveling in their motor home. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Donald L. McDill and brother Robert Wardell. Rose is survived by her daughters Barbara J. (Gary) Baird of Waterville, OH, Nancy L. (Jerry) Hines of Ashville and Beverly A. (Robert) Croy of Phoenix, AZ; grandchildren Katherine Baird, Melissa (Frank) Darling, Jud (Michelle) Hines, Jodi (Donnie) Musick, Tracy (Alexandre) Malouin, Michael Pearl, Bailey and Dylan Croy; great grandchildren Brendan Baird, Ava Hines, Avery, Reece, Kaylee and Landon Musick and Milla Rose Malouin. Memorial service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday January 14, 2012 at Williamsport U.M.C. with Rev. Kevin Pees officiating. Burial will follow in Springlawn Cemetery.
