Ruby Hart, 87, of South Bloomingville passed away on October 22, 2015 in Chillicothe. She was born on December 24, 1927 in Christian West Virginia to Harvey and Mary (Finley) Frazier. She was preceded in death by her parents. Ruby is survived by her husband; Roy Hart Sr., children; Patsy Hart, Peggy (Jack) Davis, Pamela Hart, Roy L. (Sheila) Hart Jr., Randy (Susan) Hart and Rubyranelle Higginbotham, 12 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and by one sister; Clara Jane Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 26, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at the Wellman Funeral Home, Laurelville with Pastor Eric Umsted officiating. Burial will follow in Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home in Laurelville on Monday from 11a.m. until the time of service at 1:00.
