Russell Swackhammer

Russell Swackhammer, 69, of Laurelville died on Friday, January 10, 2014. He was born on October 5, 1944 in Hocking County to Rolly (Rockford) and Lena (Bainter) Swackhammer. He was a worker for the village of Laurelville. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brothers, Weldon, Donald, Pearl, Gene, Paul and Darl Swackhammer. He is survived by his nephews Kevin and Ricky (Betty) Swackhammer both of Florida. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 18, 2014 at noon at Wellman Funeral Home in Laurelville with Chaplain Jim Ferrell officiating. Burial will follow in Green Summit Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home in Laurelville from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at noon.
