Ruth (Barr) Peters

Ruth Peters, 99, of Lebanon, TN formerly of Circleville passed away on February 7, 2023.  She was born on August 6, 1923 in Fairfield County to Melvin and Helen (Martin) Barr.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Earl Peters.  Ruth is survived by her daughter Wanda Peters and grandchildren Kelley and Jesse Peters.  Graveside services will be held on Saturday, February 18, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Reber Hill Cemetery.  Online condolences can be made to www.wellmanfuneralhomes.com.
