Ruth M. Speakman, 77, of Circleville, died October 4, 2012 at Berger Hospital. She was born February 21, 1935 in Newark, the daughter of the late Ferry and Gladys (Blasser) Hartman. She is survived by her husband, Richard P. Speakman; daughter, Dorothy (Jimmy) Lowery; step-son, Earl “Corky” (Becky) Speakman; 2 step grandchildren, Corey and Christy; 2 sisters, Carol White and Donna (Carl) Dawalt; brother-in-law, Jim (Donna) Speakman and beloved puppy Gidget. Funeral service will be held 10:30 a.m. Saturday October 6, 2012 at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville. Burial will be in Floral Hills Memory Gardens. Friends may call from 5-7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
