Sandra Walls-Eitel

Sandra Lee Smith (Walls) Eitel, age 68, of Circleville, passed away on August 12, 2012, at the Circleville Care and Rehab Center, after a lengthy battle with cancer. She was born April 16, 1944, in Pickaway County, to Cletus and Rose Swedenberg Smith, who preceded her in death. Sandy was a 1962 graduate of Jackson Twp. High School. She owned and operated Rosetti’s Pizza Shop in Circleville for several years before moving to Columbus, where she was employed for 17 years with CV Perry, Inc. Sandy is survived by her loving husband of 21 years, Robert L. Eitel; daughter, Christina (Dan) Eichmeier of Mequon, WI; stepdaughters, Kim (Erik) Ekis of Dublin and Karen (Mike) Meuller of Coshocton; seven grandchildren: Grayson, Amelia, and Weston Eichmeier; Evan, Aidan, and Eli Ekis; and Andrew Meuller; two brothers, Charles (Linda) Smith and Donald (Joan) Smith, both of Circleville; many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews. With respect to Sandy’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service for family and friends will be held Friday August 17, 2012 at 7 p.m. at Wellman Funeral Home in Circleville, with the Rev. Robert Martindale officiating.
